Now Delivering Positive Behaviour Support Across Brisbane and South East Queensland

Gibelli Positive Pathways is now delivering Positive Behaviour Support in Queensland, bringing our dedicated, practitioner-led approach to participants, families and support networks across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

With practitioners based in Park Ridge, Carindale and Moggill, we are pleased to offer immediate capacity for new participants across Brisbane's southern, eastern and western corridors, as well as surrounding areas of South East Queensland.

Our local practitioners provide mobile, neuro-affirming Positive Behaviour Support tailored to the individual needs, goals and everyday environments of each participant.

Mobile Support Where You Need It

We believe Positive Behaviour Support is most effective when it is delivered in the environments where everyday life actually happens.

Our Queensland practitioners provide mobile outreach, travelling to participants' homes, schools and community settings across our primary service areas, including:

  • Park Ridge, Logan and surrounding southern suburbs

  • Carindale, Brisbane's eastern suburbs and surrounding areas

  • Moggill, Brisbane's western suburbs and surrounding areas

  • Ipswich and surrounding communities

  • Greater Brisbane and selected surrounding areas

Our service coverage will continue to expand as our Queensland practitioner network grows.

A Practitioner-Led Approach to Integrity

At Gibelli, we prioritise clinical outcomes over caseload volume. By maintaining a model focused on professional autonomy, clinical accountability and dedicated one-on-one time, we aim to ensure that every participant receives meaningful clinical oversight and individualised support.

Our Queensland team brings the same rights-based and evidence-informed approach that underpins our services across Australia, with a focus on:

  • Neuro-Affirming Practice: Moving beyond compliance-based approaches to recognise and respect each participant's identity, communication style, strengths and individual needs.

  • Rights-Based Advocacy: Ensuring the participant's voice, preferences, dignity and choice remain central to their behaviour support.

  • Evidence-Based Practice: Using functional assessment and evidence-informed strategies to understand behaviour and develop practical, sustainable supports.

  • Individualised Support: Creating strategies that are relevant to each participant's everyday environments, relationships, communication and personal goals.
