Counselling Fees & Payment

At Gibelli Positive Pathways, we offer clear and transparent counselling fees for all clients, including NDIS participants.

Private Counselling Fees

  • Individual face-to-face or telehealth (phone or video) session $180

  • Couple’s or family face-to-face or telehealth (phone or video) session $240

NDIS Counselling Fees

  • For NDIS participants, our counselling sessions are billed at $156.16 per session, in line with the NDIS price guide.

Other Information

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation fee.

  • For NDIS participants, sessions are billed directly through your NDIS plan where possible.

  • All sessions last 50 minutes.

  • Face-to-face sessions are conducted in Werribee.

  • To ensure as much time as possible is available for your appointment, payment is processed at the time of your booking. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

  • You can change or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time. A full refund will be provided for appointments cancelled with 24 hours or more notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, will be charged in full.
