About Gibelli Positive Pathways
At Gibelli Positive Pathways, we are an NDIS-registered provider delivering Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and NDIS-funded counselling to children, young people, and adults across Victoria.
Our work is grounded in evidence-based, strengths-focused practice, with a strong emphasis on dignity, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes. We support individuals and their families to better understand behaviours of concern, build practical skills, and improve quality of life across home, school, and community settings.
Our Approach
We recognise that every person’s experience is unique. Our approach is:
Person-centred and collaborative
Neurodiversity-affirming
Focused on reducing restrictive practices
Practical and outcomes-driven
Through Positive Behaviour Support, we identify the underlying causes of behaviour and develop tailored strategies that promote safety, participation, and social inclusion. Our counselling services provide a safe, supportive space to explore emotional challenges, develop coping skills, and navigate life transitions.
Leadership & Experience
Gibelli Positive Pathways is led by Gus Gibelli, who brings extensive experience working with individuals with disability, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Our services are delivered in alignment with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, with a strong focus on ethical, respectful, and accountable practice.
