Behaviour Support Fees for NDIS Participants

At Gibelli Positive Pathways, we recognise that every NDIS participant is unique. Because of this, the time and cost required to deliver Behaviour Support services can vary depending on the individual’s needs, goals, environment, and the complexity of support required.

What Behaviour Support may include

Behaviour Support services can involve a range of activities, such as:

• Functional Behaviour Assessments

• Interviews with the participant, family members, carers, and support staff

• Observations across different environments (e.g. home, school, community)

• Assessment of skills, communication, and environmental factors

• Development and writing of a Behaviour Support Plan

• Creation of individualised strategies, programs, and data collection tools

• Ongoing support, review, and implementation guidance

Once initial assessments are completed, we will provide an estimate of the time required to develop and implement a Behaviour Support Plan, based on the participant’s specific circumstances.

Fees and NDIS pricing

All Behaviour Support services are charged in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, using the hourly rates set by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).

Our fees are not privately set and may change in line with NDIA updates.

Additional information

Please note:

• Non–face-to-face supports (such as report writing, plan development, data analysis, professional collaboration, and travel-related administration) may be charged in accordance with NDIS guidelines.

• Travel time and travel costs, where applicable, are charged in line with NDIS Pricing Arrangements.

• All services are delivered in accordance with the participant’s available plan funding and agreed scope of supports.

We recommend confirming Behaviour Support funding availability with the participant’s Support Coordinator or Plan Manager prior to commencing services.
