About Us

At Gibelli Positive Pathways, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support and counselling services to individuals and families across Victoria. Founded by Gus Gibelli, a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner and registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association, our practice is built on over a decade of experience helping people make meaningful, lasting change.

Gus has worked across a wide range of settings, supporting individuals of all ages and abilities to navigate life’s challenges, improve mental wellbeing, and reduce behaviours of concern. With a deep understanding of both behavioural science and emotional support, he brings a unique, holistic approach to every client relationship.

At Gibelli Positive Pathways, we believe in the power of personalised, strengths-based support. Whether through behaviour intervention or one-on-one counselling, our goal is to empower each person with the tools and confidence to live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
